A new car park on the banks of the River Snow in Stafford will feature restaurants and be a key element of a major retail development.

Stafford’s £100m Riverside scheme is reimagining the site of the old Riverside Recreation Centre, derelict Tesco store and the aging Bridge Street multi-storey car park on its roof. Tesco left the site for a purpose-built store several years ago and the car park closed in 2009 due to structural issues.
