Brent’s parking team has undergone some dramatic changes in the past two years. Brent is part of the West London Alliance (WLA), which sees it working in partnership with the London boroughs of Ealing and Hounslow. In July 2013 the WLA appointed Serco as its parking management and enforcement contractor. This project was recognised at the British Parking Awards 2014, when the WLA won the Parking Partnerships Award.
