Citizens Advice sees increase in enquiries about parking on private lad

More people are brining their parking problems to Citizens Advice. The first quarter of 2016/17 saw 1,815 people contacting Citizens Advice in England and Wales about problems with parking. This represented a rise of 24% on the same period in the previous year.

More than three-quarters (1,382) of these enquiries involved parking on private land. The two Citizens Advice website pages about parking on private land were in the top 10 of the most read pages on the site.
