Marston Holdings buys NSL

Parking enforcement contractor acquired by debt recovery group

Debt recovery group Marston Holdings has acquired NSL, a provider of parking enforcement and other outsourced services to the public sector.

NSL will continue to operate as a separate business within Marston Holdings. NSL's management team, led by chief executive Adam Palser, will remain with the group.

Marston Holdings has not revealed how much it paid private equity company AAC Capital Partners for NSL.
