Changes to the Welsh Government’s concessionary travel scheme look inevitable because of a £12m budget reduction planned for 2018/19.
Bus operator association CPT Cymru understands that the Welsh concessionary travel budget will be maintained at the existing £67m next year but the indicative budget for 2018/19 shows a reduction of £12m.
