Patrick Troy, former chief executive of the British Parking Association, has admitted charges of outraging public decency in court. Troy, 56, pled guilty to committing an act outraging public decency at Westminster Magistrates Court and was sentenced to 18 weeks imprisonment, suspended for two years.
