Transport and civil engineering consultant Morgan Tucker has gone into administration with the loss of 65 jobs after suffering losses on projects in the Middle East.
Founder Matthew Tucker stepped down as managing director of the Newark-based firm in February, being replaced by Steve Hall (LTT 03 Mar).
Newark and Sherwood District Council provided a loan to the business in 2015 and was involved in unsuccessful discussions with organisations considering a rescue package.
