Highways England retains JBW Group to recover unpaid Dart Charge PCNs

Highways England has awarded JBW group a new three-year contract for the recovery of unpaid penalties issued to drivers not paying to use the Dartford Crossing.

JBW Group has been collecting these debts since the launch of the Dart Charge scheme in November 2014. It has now selected as one of two debt recovery suppliers to the Dart Charge scheme with effect from 1 July 2018.
