Civil enforcement agency JBW Group has acquired Phoenix Commercial Collections. JBW fully acquired the shares of Phoenix with funding provided by its Japanese-based parent company Outsourcing Inc.

Phoenix will continue to be managed separately to JBW and will retain its brand and management team, led by managing director, Paul Caddy.
