Local authorities in Greater Manchester plan to launch a consultation next month on their proposed conurbation-wide Class C clean air zone.
The eight-week consultation has been held up by Covid-19 and the councils say the launch of the consultation next month is “being kept under constant review” because of the developing situation regarding the pandemic.
