An action plan for improving transport data exchange for applications such as Mobility as a Service (MaaS) has been recommended in a report by the British Standards Institution for the DfT.
The BSI identified more than 1,200 standards that have some bearing on system interoperability and data exchange for what it calls Future of Transport (FoT) applications, which appears to be another phrase for MaaS.
