Car clubs could play a much bigger part in transport policy if operators agree to share operational data with councils, says a report published by the RAC Foundation.
The report proposes a Car Club-Local Authority Data Standard (CLADS) that would give councils access to key data about car clubs in their area. London Councils has endorsed the report’s recommendations.
