New body needed for cross-border transport planning – Greengauge

UK cross-border transport investments should be planned by a dedicated organisation, the Greengauge 21 think tank has told the Government’s Union Connectivity Review

The Government’s Union Connectivity Review, chaired by Sir Peter Hendy, is expected to publish its interim report in the coming weeks, ahead of a final report this summer.
