Flowbird, a provider of hardware, software and payment systems for the parking and transport sectors, looks set to have new owners. Funds advised by Searchlight Capital Partners LP, a global private investment firm, have entered into exclusive negotiations with Astorg and Mellby Gård for the acquisition of Flowbird. Terms of the negotiations have not been disclosed.
