Start-ups developing greener and safer transport solutions are being offered a share of £2m funding from the DfT.
More than 50 projects will receive a share of the £1.95m Transport Research and Innovation Grant (TRIG). Past winners include a purifying system to lower virus transmission on trains, a portable charger for use at remote locations and a battery cooling system.
