Liverpool City Region Combined Authority has appointed Richard McGuckin as executive director place and Dr Aileen Jones as executive director investment and delivery.
McGuckin will join the combined authority in February from Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, where he is currently director of town centres investment.
Jones joins with immediate effect, having been interim executive director of strategic commissioning and delivery at the combined authority.
