Construction work has started on the multi-modal Belfast Transport Hub, Northern Ireland Executive’s flagship project.
The hub, which will replace the existing Europa and Great Victoria Street bus and rail stations, will comprise 26 bus stands, eight railway platforms and enhanced walking and cycling connectivity.
The new hub will cater for over 14 million passenger journeys each year, up from the cuirrent eight million, the NI Executive estimates.
