Transport North East has made Rachelle Forsyth-Ward as interim assistant director, transport strategy. She joined the body - which provide strategy, planning and delivery services on behalf of the North East Joint Transport Committee (NEJTC) – in 2018 as strategic transport lead, becoming head of transport policy and strategy development in 2022.
