Tackling illegal parking in Wolverhampton taxi ranks

City of Wolverhampton Council will be carrying out night-time and weekend patrols to prevent other vehicles from parking in ranks exclusively reserved for black cabs.

The council is warning motorists they face a penalty for transgressions.

The patrolled ranks located in sites close to the city centre are clearly signed ‘taxis only’.
