Hospital car park extension approved

A hospital in Swindon has been granted permission to increase its parking by a parish council.

The Ridgeway Hospital in Wroughton acquired land adjacent existing car park in order to be able to expand its provision for both staff, patients and visitors.

However, some neighbours expressed concerns about intrusion of their privacy.

Wroughton Parish Council called the application in for consideration by the borough council’s planning committee.
