Multi-storey car park planned for Worcester hospital

An 850-space multi-storey car park could be built by healthcare developer Prime close to Worcestershire Royal Hospital.

A new access road is also planned to create a new “blue light” route for emergency vehicles to reach the hospital.

The car park and a new school would be built on land behind existing hospital staff parking.

Prime said it will respond to many of the concerns and opportunities raised during public consultation on the new school last summer.
