Matt Higgins has joined Active Travel England as Principal Inspector (Active Travel) on secondment. He has been Arup’s Senior Transport Planner and Active Travel Lead for the North West and Yorkshire for nearly four years, before which he spent two years as Senior Consultant - Sustainable Transport at Steer.
