Ben Plowden is to join the Campaign for Better Transport (CBT) as its next chief executive. He takes over from Paul Tuohy, who will retire in the spring after five years leading the transport charity.
Plowden is currently working as an associate with PA Consulting. He is chair of the Transport Planning Society (TPS), a Visiting Professor at University College London, senior associate at the London School of Economics and a member of the DfT’s Capital Review Panel.
