PayByPhone appoints Cashel as first chief operating officer

Mobile parking payments provider PayByPhone has appointed Anthony Cashel as chief operating officer, a newly created role.

The new role, effective 1 January 2025, comes as the company separates its commercial and operational functions. In line with this, Cashel’s new role sees him responsible globally for marketing, implementations, technical operations, client and customer support, and partnerships.
