Chancellor Rachel Reeves announced a £65m investment in electric vehicle charging provider Connected Kerb in a major speech on economic growth.
The National Wealth Fund (NWF) will provide £55m of financing, alongside a further £10m ordinary equity investment from Aviva Investors, to support the UK-based chargepoint operator’s plans to grow its charging network towards public 40,000 sockets, up from a current network 9,000.
