Smart Parking acquires US operator Peak Parking

Smart Parking, a provider of parking technology and management services, has acquired Texas-based Peak Parking, expanding its operations into the US market.

Peak Parking currently focuses on parking garage management, valet parking, special events parking, enforcement services and consulting services.

The acquisition adds 134 new customer sites to the managed portfolio.
