Parking moves forward

Managing parking and traffic is a balancing act. Ensuring the free movement of public transport and the safety of pedestrians – especially children – has to take place alongside ensuring residents, shoppers and people with disabilities all have equitable access to accessible parking. Added to this complex mix is a growing need to provide space for cycles, electric vehicles, delivery vehicles and the many other users of the kerbside and car parks.

Traffic + Parking 2024 provides a space where local authorities and their partners can share best practice, learn about policy changes and check out innovations in systems and services that will help them deliver what is an essential public service.

The day features the Parking AI debate and the Parking for All interactive game.
