Reading Transport announce hybrid bus order

Council-owned bus operator Reading Transport has announced it has placed its first order for hybrid buses today (Wednesday).

The order follows a successful bid for funding from the government's Green Bus Fund, which aims to increase the use of low carbon vehicle technology in Britain's bus fleet.
