Independent Scottish bus operator McGill’s has completed the goodwill acquisition of two of Renfrewshire’s local bus operators; Fairway Coaches and Travel Direct, for an undisclosed sum.
The latest acquisitions will see McGill’s extended its Renfrewshire network into Paisley’s Glenburn and Foxbar areas. No vehicles will form part of the deal; however all staff at TravelDirect and Fairway Coaches, a combined number of around fifteen, will be offered continued employment...
