Property developer Helical Bar, which owns much of Corby town centre, has proposed a £10m leisure scheme for the Northamptonshire town. The developer’s plans include an eight-screen Vue cinema, four restaurants, a gym and a 500-space car park. If the scheme is approved by Corby Borough Council it will be built on the former Crown House office block in Elizabeth Street, a now demolished multi-storey car park and a part of Market Walk. ...
