Civil enforcement agent Bristow & Sutor has appointed Adrian Lardner as its head of sales and marketing.

Lardner was previously sales and marketing director at Ross & Roberts, a civil enforcement agency owned by Capita.

Lardner has over 20 years’ experience in local government of managing revenues and benefits at Torbay Council.
