Bus passengers suffer most from long commutes

Bus commuters feel the negative impacts of longer journeys more than others travelling to work, according to a new study by the University of the West of England (UWE). 

Also, longer duration commutes by rail are associated with less strain than shorter commutes by rail, the 18-month study found.
