Q-Park secure long-term deal in Leeds

Q-Park has secured a 40-year lease on the St John’s Centre car park in Leeds. The long-term deal replaces a short-term lease agreement that Q-Park held previously. 

The operator said it would immediately commence refurbishment of the 282-space car park that will take eight months to complete. The car park will receive a fully coated deck finish, walls and soffits will be painted. 

St John’s Centre is one of five parking facilities operated by Q-Park in Leeds city centre....
