David Liston has joined Stagecoach as managing director of its North of Scotland operations, replacing Mark Whitelocks, who has become managing director of Stagecoach Cumbria and North Lancashire (LTT?25 May). Liston was FirstGroup’s bus engineering director from 2003 to 2014, subsequently becoming operations director of Essential Fleet Services Ltd, a specialist fleet provider for local authority and corporates.
