Michael Bach from the London Forum of Amenity and Civic Societies wrote in the last edition on the subject of parking standards and the inquiry into the London Plan. He states that the examination panel had reported that nobody was arguing that London should give up using maximum parking standards (which limit the amount of parking in new developments – Ed).
He is wrong because the Alliance of British Drivers certainly submitted written comments on the London Plan that said exactly that....
