Bristol City Council is to extend its bus shelter advertising contract with Clear Channel UK by a further year to end of March 2022 because of the uncertainty in the market caused by Covid-19. Clear Channel pays Bristol £40,000 a month of fixed rental and circa £15,000 variable rental per month based upon 2019 actuals. Renewal under the existing terms will therefore generate £660,000, of which £480,000 will be fixed. ...
