‘Wiggly lines’ have appeared on a road in seaside town of Clevedon as part of a new road layout.
North Somerset Council has remodelled of a seafront road called The Beach. The road has been made one-way includes 400-metre segregated cycle lane installed along the seafront and the parking reconfigured. The aim is to remove cyclists along the promenade while providing pedestrian priority crossing points over the cycle route.
