skills development In early September regional airline FlyBe welcomed skills minister Kevin Brennan to its Exeter headquarters to formally announce that the airline has become the first UK company to successfully bid through the Learning and Skills Council’s new Capital Specialisation Fund. The agreement will result in FlyBe commencing construction of a brand new £24m Training Academy.
