Vandals wreck P&D machines

Pay & display machines have been vandalised in a car park in Douglas. Isle of Man police said the vandals were attempting to get money out of the two machines at the Chester Street car park. One person is helping police with their enquiries.

New by-laws have been introduced to cut anti-social behaviour in the car park.
