Two neighbouring councils in North Wales are to merge their streetworks and streetlighting teams to improve the service and deliver efficiencies.
Denbighshire County Council and Conwy County Borough Council say the merger is a “natural progression” to the collaboration that in 2008 saw the councils appoint Stuart Davies as joint head of highways and infrastructure.
