Public willing to pay PCNs online

Over 70% of people are prepared to pay parking fines online, a survey conducted for The Economist has revealed.

The Ipsos MORI?survey included questions on what people would be prepared to do online.

 It showed that most people had already paid either Council Tax or a parking penalty online, and over 70% would be prepared to do this in future.

When public service spending is detailed on the web, 76% of people said they would be keen to look at it....
