Ben Gilligan, Operations Director, First Yorkshire West & North

Gilligan joined First’s Senior Management Training Scheme in 2002 after completing a history degree at the University of York.

In 2006 Gilligan was promoted to the role of operations director in First Aberdeen. At the age of 25, he was the youngest director of a UK Bus subsidiary.
