Aberdeen city Council is to lead a bid to the Scottish Government for £150m-£200m to deliver a bus rapid transit network.
The Aberdeen Rapid Transit (ART) project is being championed by the North East Bus Alliance, comprising Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire councils, the North East Scotland transport partnership (Nestrans), and operators Stagecoach, First Aberdeen and Bains Coaches.
