Several meet & greet airport valet parking service providers have been investigated by the BBC1 consumer programme Watchdog for failing to keep holidaymaker’s vehicles in their care secure.

The report features Andy and Nicola Halls, clients of valet company Gatwick Meet & Greet, who received a telephone call from police while holidaying in Tenerife telling them that their £12,000 Audi A3 hatchback had been written off when supposedly “securely parked” at Gatwick...
