A millionaire restauranteur is to stand trial for allegedly using his mother’s disabled parking badge on his £100,000 Mercedes. Restaurant owner Rajeev Rana, 34, has won numerous plaudits and awards for his Birmingham city centre Indian restaurant, Itihaas.
However, the restaurateur is now set to stand trial at the city’s magistrates’ court on March over an alleged parking offence.
