Rise in speeding offences leads to return of Oxfordshire cameras

Speed cameras in Oxfordshire are once more in operation after being switched off last August as a result of a withdrawal of funding by the county council. There are currently 72 fixed sites and 89 mobile sites in Oxfordshire.
