Australian multi-disciplinary consultancy Sinclair Knight Merz this week bought Britain’s most famous transport planning consultancy, Colin Buchanan.
The deal secures the position of all 175 of Colin Buchanan’s staff, who join SKM’s 6,500 global workforce. Transport planning work will be marketed under the SKM Colin Buchanan brand.
