A back office partnership led by Nottinghamshire County Council is to extend into Lincolnshire, taking the number of participating councils to 20. Nottinghamshire’s Central Processing Unit (CPU) is used by district councils in the county and in Derbyshire, and will serve Lincolnshire County Council and the North Kesteven, South Kesteven and West Lindsey authorities in Lincolnshire from 30 November when they introduce civil parking enforcement.
