People may not want to buy houses in eco-towns if too many restrictions are placed on car access, a transport consultant has warned.
Peter Marshall, managing director of consultant Mayer Brown (whose core business is transport advice to developers), told LTT?he was concerned that doing too much to discourage car ownership/use in new housing developments such as eco-towns could prove to be counterproductive.
