Humberside Police is trying to track down a bogus civil enforcement officer (CEO). North Lincolnshire Council, which runs parking enforcement in-house, has been made aware of a man impersonating a CEO and performing “parking enforcement”.
The man, who is described as 5ft 8in with close cropped hair, has been seen wearing black clothing and black hat, and carrying some form of handheld device.
